Recently had a loose stone tightened in a ring. A very good customer service experience. Both women that I spoke with during the process were kind, knowledgeable and professional. And to my delight, a service that was expected to take a week took only two days! Would not hesitate to recommend this business. An adorable little gem of a shop. Will definitely be back in the future.
Holly is kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Ring re-sizing is affordable. Repairs are always quick. Nice selection of estate jewelry at great prices. They also do custom work and have a great variety of new pieces too. I don't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs!
Exceptional customer service!! I needed to get my engagement ring re-sized and it was done within 4 days! It is really great that they do everything in store and don’t have to send it away like most other places. Pricing for resizing was much less than everywhere else I inquired (mainly because most other stores send it away and takes 2-3 weeks to get your item back). It always feels great to support a local small business. Will definitely be going back if I ever need anymore jewelry re-sizings!
Kind knowledgeable fast and perfect! Walked in right before close on a Wednesday and was called Saturday morning that both my wedding rings are resized n ready! Done in store. Everyone there is wonderful. If you’re looking for a place that charges right, jewelry is safe and done in store with excellent people with excellent skills.. go here!
