I cracked a gold ring that I inherited from my father. It is more than 35 years old and now it looks like I just picked it up from the factory. I was truly amazed at the finest quality work and reasonable cost when I picked it up.

Had them later engrave my medical band it came back scratched to hell not cleaned at all after lets add but it was in beautiful condition took it to get sized after and asked them see if they could get out the cuts they did attempt but they also said without telling them it had just been done it was from having it lazer engraved and if they buffed to deep woulf look horrible so I decided just to not also scratched in 3 other spots lets add where supposed to call me before they did anything because he was on vacation about do... read more
