I worked at this Company as my first HVAC Job. They were decent people and most of the installers were fresh out of the Trade School like myself. They're a VERY small company, with 10 people or less taking on jobs miles and miles away. They aren't super professional but I don't hold it against them as its a family-run company with the Father, Mother and Daughter doing all of the background work and even going on some of the jobs. They were hired through a home warranty company and as you would expect they experience was absolutely the worst. They were called for flickering lights at our rental property and sent a technician that had no idea what he was doing. He replaced burnt wires without knowing the root cause, he put a Siemens Breaker into a GE Panel, He missed the fact that there several loose connections and a Neutral Feed that was not properly installed into the neutral bus on the panel and it was loose as well causing massive problems with th... read more

1.5 months without AC. This has been my worst experience I have EVER had. From not showing up when scheduled, to showing up not having the correct parts, to simply not answering the phone, to having the courtesy of returning a phone. The only reason this company was chosen was by a home warranty. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. A few of the technicians were phenomenal, however the management is a complete disaster.
