When our furnace unit went out in late January, Artie and his team went to work with amazing speed to get us an estimate with a very fair price for Furnace, AC, and Labor to replace our 35-year-old system. They also were at the ready to come to our house and provide us with space heaters until he got the parts needed for our replacement. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. A&A is wonderful! I had clients come home to a freezing home in the middle of winter, I called many places to find them help and A&A was the only company to call back, and very quickly at that! They walked them through the problem, luckily it was something simple, and had them getting them back up and running promptly. I would highly recommend A&A Heating and Air! Great people!
Woke up to a cold house on Christmas eve. I called Artie (since he did a great job replacing our AC unit a few years back), and within 90 min of talking to him he was at my house and identified the issue. We opted to replace our furnace instead of fixing the 20 year old one. He provided us with space heaters to keep the house warm, and was back to install the new furnace a few days later. A+ service. Woke up this morning to our house about 6 degrees colder than normal. Called around to see who could help and Artie answered right away. Was honest about parts availability but before letting me go he walked me through some troubleshooting I could try first and lo and behold it was an easy fix!
