Gary is the consummate professional. I interviewed and received three quotes on the replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. Gary’s was the lowest by far and offered products that were of much higher quality than his competitors. He and his team did the installation in a timely manner and I hope that I will have many years of superb heating and cooling to come.

We had an excellent experience with Gregory when he came and fixed our furnace. He was super professional and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what was wrong and walked us through the repair service. Gregory made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.
Dealt with Greg and his brother, happy with the entire process and their willingness to get the job done right. Last minute issues arose and they were able to source the part and complete the job.
If you have a gas leak, no matter how minor, and you phone Enbridge, their representative will come, investigate, slap a Safety Violation, turn off your gas, and then leave without assistance; you must then hire ANOTHER gas professional to investigate and solve. A&A were immediately responsive, thorough, and competent to both solve and to clear the Safety Violation within hours, allowing gas to be turned back on in winter.
