Eric Elbert, a Hearing Instrument Specialist, with Live Better Hearing located in West Point, Virginia is a very professional, competent, thorough & patient person. My kids had been complaining I wasn’t hearing. When I visited Eric he found that my hearing loss was due to wax build up & after testing me found that I did not need a hearing aid. I was very appreciative that Eric was very honest.
