The customer service acts dumb when you call for help. Online order stated the price was for 6 and I received only one. Meanwhile their shipping prices suck. $30 for something that would have fit in a envelope and a few ounces worth. Don't buy here very misleading!
Was not happy with a recent delivery. Emailed the rep I had about it. The rep took over a week to respond, and only did so after I sent a second email. They "tried" calling my shop but I was not there. They emailed me asking for an alternate number to reach me on. I attempted to respond within a few hours of receiving that email, only for my email to bounce back, clearly indicative that the rep had "blocked" my email--- VERY unprofessional conduct. Unfortunately this product is not good because it can only go up and down not straight. It’s annoying to have it go up and down only and not be able to fly it forward. The joystick doesn’t lock in place so it’s too loose so I can’t play with it because it moves on its own. I was really looking forward to this toy and it is not what I expected at all.
