Writing ⭐ BEWARE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this generator company to think twice. I was told that my generator had been repaired, but the problem was never actually fixed. Despite this, I am now facing a demand for $1,600 and the threat of a lawsuit for work that, in my experience, was not completed successfully. non responsive after numerous requests for service
Our project was complicated because it is a townhome with little yard space and utilities located at opposite ends of the home. We put the generator on our 3rd floor balcony and pressurized the gas system to provide sufficient fuel. Pressure regulators were placed in line with all gas appliances. The job required sheetrock, painting, and cosmetic work to obscure pipes and cables. The job was expensive, but very professionally done. We are very satisfied and happy. Communication was excellent.
