Connected to an AI Sales bot when I called for a generator quote before 5pm (sounded like one with a bunch of keyboard typing and the voice inflection - confirmed when I asked the bot itself). Our generator didn’t test like usual on Tuesday so I called and made a service appointment for Thursday at 3-5pm because a storm is expected Saturday night. No one showed by 5pm so I called to find out when they would show. A bot answered and confirmed the 3-5pm window.
