Submitted request at 9:30 pm at night. They contacted me within 15 minutes. Next showed up on time and completed what needed to be fixed. In addition sprayed all the joints of the other garage door to make sure it not squeaking when opening and closing. Very professional and great friendly attitude.
Tech came out and inspected our old garage door. He told us it was too old to repair (1993 unit) and gave us an estimate if we had them replace it and install and also recommended a less expensive option, if we wanted to buy one at Home Depot. We went out and out it that day and rescheduled another appointment for the next day. Both techs arrived early in the time window and let us know when they were on the way.
