Under new ownership. Charles is no longer there. Terrible. Do not recommend. They came out and made everything worse. I regret letting this person even enter my house.
Unprofessional driver of Frugal pest control vehicle was speeding and cussing at traffic well in root to a job. I was in a car next to him and could hear him using profanity and speeding as well. Car accident waiting to happen with this driver.

I called them back, after a return of Pigeons, the the ownership had changed. Charles, who I normally went with, and took care of me exceptionally well, had moved to a new company. I thought I had a warranty with Frugal so I went with calling them up. The new ownership is horrendous! It sounded like I had woke up the guy from a desk job and I called him back to reschedule, on my fault, and the guy said that "He" would call me back next week for a reschedule....he didn't and I had to recall him the Friday after the week. FANTASTIC. I work with many contractors and both Charles and Jeff were personable, prompt, knowledgeable, and affordable. We had received two quotes before theirs and they were outrageous and could not be justified. These two gentlemen were prompt and very fair in price. We have three large panels and had tons of birds nesting under them. THANK YOU!
