THE FIRST REVIEW MR REPOSA FAILED TO TELL IN HIS REVIEW THAT THE ORIGINAL FENCE COMPANY THAT STARTED HIS JOB WALKED OFF AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH. SO THAT SENDS A RED FLAG ALSO STATING TO ME THE KID WAS ON DRUGS I DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE SAID NO THE SECOND BAD REVIEW HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HINGES SOMEONE TOUCHED THE FRESHLY CEMENTED GATE POST AND MOVED THEM OFF LEVEL AFTER BEING TOLD NOT TO TOUCH THEM
This company is what the pro's in this business call a complete ragtime clown outfit. They show up to look at the job, suggest they are "interested" and then make the customer chase them for a month with zero response. Called them 4 times and every time they "answered", it was some "we are waiting on a price", "can I call you right back:", blah blah blah excuse. If they simply had a shred of professionalism, they would have said "no".
no follow up with problems have been trying for over a month to get help with 2 gates hung by them that do not do what they are suppose too but they will not even come out to see what the problem is--but have place the blame on my hinges (which are brand new). if they came out to see the issue -- they would see that it need just some adjustments and movement of the piece that were not installed correctly-- follow up is the most important part of any job if you made an error or have an issue you need to fix it to stay in busi... read more
