Frank changed his tune after receiving and commencing the work. He didn't honor his verbal agreement as discussed and became argumentative. When questioned why he was mixing different paint tins of paint he became defensive and aggressive. Needs some customer and people skills. Requires an attitude adjustment. He is serving his ego not the customer. Would not recommend.
