He was able to provide helpful and honest advice and updated me regularly throughout the engine replacement and changing of a few other parts in my 2014 Audi A4. Went for diagnoses… person at the front desk is rude, impatient.. and also mad just because i work on my own car and changed a part.. wont listen … not a place if looking for friendly environment.
