The staff was curteous, knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. I had issues with my truck the morning I was supposed to pick up the trailer. I was 4-5 hours late and they adjusted my reservation accordingly. Great place!
The General Manager went above and Beyond the expected level of service and customer satisfaction. We reserved a one-way truck and car transport in Atoka about 2 weeks prior.. 2 days prior to pick up we were contacted by corporate office the equipment was only available from Durant. When checking in, we were told the transport wasn't available till the next day which didn't work for us because we were already set to load and leave. They have very helpful staff and excellent customer service. They were very pleasant. I had no problems renting the vehicle for my move. The app on the phone is very practical and makes roadside support much easier. Everything is great.
Janice and the whole team have been top notch on all our rental needs. We have two storages in Durant, OK. One outside and one in climate control. Climate control has been a constant appropriate temperature for our delicate household items. Kudos to the crew for the cleanliness of the trucks. I have used U-Haul a lot over the years and never have I received a truck as clean. You would think it was a new truck. I Love you guys!
The Customer service from this facility was great but U-Haul in general as the main company is terrible.
