They have very helpful staff and excellent customer service. They were very pleasant. I had no problems renting the vehicle for my move. The app on the phone is very practical and makes roadside support much easier. Everything is great.
Janice and the whole team have been top notch on all our rental needs. We have two storages in Durant, OK. One outside and one in climate control. Climate control has been a constant appropriate temperature for our delicate household items. Kudos to the crew for the cleanliness of the trucks. I have used U-Haul a lot over the years and never have I received a truck as clean. You would think it was a new truck. I Love you guys!
The Customer service from this facility was great but U-Haul in general as the main company is terrible.
U-Haul went above and beyond to help us secure a van and trailer! The customer service is top notch, hands down the best we’ve ever experienced! They’ve earned our loyalty for life!
