Super nice and helpful staff.
Overcharged us for our truck rental on a 26 footer and tried to charge us for 2 different safemove insurances, charged my mom an additional 100 dollars since she used a prepaid debit card from Walmart. Found out that they lied about how much fuel was in the truck and said it was 1/4 and never walked out to the truck with my mom to see the mileage, gas level, etc. The gas was at 1/8th tank when she drove it off the lot. Needless to say we won't do business with them again.
The people was really friendly and made you feel welcomed
Very helpful and made it very easy to sign lease
