After Helene we have had trouble getting someone to give an estimate for room repair from water damage. Arturo came out and I had high hopes that my, now 4 month old, would finally have a room. He finally provided us an estimate but when asked to provide an itemized estimate for our insurance company (sent him screenshot of what our insurance company asked for) he has completely ghosted me. I’ve sent several follow up texts with no response. Very disappointed.
Arturo was recommended to me by a neighbor of mine the morning after Hurricane Helene. Arturo is very easy to work with. He is very prompt to answer by text message and easy to reach with a phone call. He answered any questions I had and was very flexible with scheduling to meet with adjusters and work with tenants. He and his crew did great work replacing the roof as well as repairing the siding, drywall, interior paint and fencing. I am very happy with the how easy he made getting repairs done after a hurricane.
After hurricane Helene caused damage to my roof and fence in Augusta, Arturo helped me to navigate through the process of filing my insurance claim and fixing my damages. He was very professional, helpful, and prompt in his replies and assistance. His team did a great job and in a timely manner. I strongly recommend him for taking care of your roof and fence related work.

Mr Aguilar is very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Completed our awesome sunroom project on time and within our estimate/budget. His team was very professional too.
