If I could give zero stars I would. They were an hour late first off I should have known then it was going to be bad. They put a $495 "hold" on my card. They took their sweet time moving my very small one bedroom apartment. I was told it was $99 an hour and they worked from 12pm to 2:15pm and somehow got charged $360 after I was told over the phone if it went over the 2 hour minimum then the rest would be prorated.
