This cleaners is definitely on the pricey side, which set high expectations—but unfortunately, the service didn’t match the cost. When I got my clothes back, there were still visible stains, which was really disappointing. For the prices they charge, I expect a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. Overall, the experience felt subpar, and because of that, I most likely won’t be returning.
Alex saved me. I needed alterations for a bridesmaid dress at the last minute. He was able to get my dress done with in just a few hours. The dress looked fabulous. He was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Outstanding service!

His kindness is what will always keep me coming back. Very professional but also personable. I've had a few last minute requests for alterations and pressing and I was thoroughly please. He's currently working on a few more items for my pageant. Can't wait to share those pics!
