Good thing I didn’t read the reviews! My experience was excellent. They went above and beyond ( Dan and Jason). Owner answered my call on a Saturday night ( was planning on leaving a message). He followed up on Monday. Treated wall to wall light carpet that had major soil filtration ( icky black lines by baseboards) . I am so happy with the results. 2 men many hours- the fee was all labor and they earned it. I will definitely call Dan again.
I have used chem dry previously and was satisfied but this time I had 2 fewer rugs cleaned, added a staircase and was charged $150.00 more than the prior visit. The receipt did not indicate that pretreatment, stain protection, or sanitizer were included. They had all been included in the prior visit for a cost of $120.00. Although they advertise that rugs will be dry within a couple hours, my rugs were not dry for about 8 hours with heat and fans on in the house.
