UNACCEPTABLE and POTENTIALLY ILLEGAL TREATMENT - AVOID AA STORAGE AT ALL COSTS! I am writing this review with extreme frustration and anger regarding my experience with AA Storage and specifically concerning Unit 25 at their Casper location (131 Casper View Court). They have engaged in what I believe to be an illegal lockout of my unit, effectively holding my property hostage. I’ve been with AA Casper Storage for a while now and Mary and everyone really has been awesome. Anytime I call, I get to talk to a real person, which is super rare these days. Cheapest place I have found & I’ve never had any issues. I was late on a payment last month (first time ever), and they were cool enough to waive the late fee without making a big deal out of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find. Definitely recommend.
