NOW AGAIN LESS THEN A YEAR AFTER THE LAST RAISE IM BEING CHARGED $88.00 PER MO. THESE LITTLE METAL SHED LIKE UNITS THAT IM IN. DO NOT PROTECT MY BELINGINGS. Security was my number one priority, and Casper Mini Storage delivered! The multi-layered security measures—from the key-code gated entry to the constant video surveillance—make me feel completely confident leaving my property here. The lighting around the facility is excellent, which is great when I need to access my unit after dark. It's a professional operation run by responsible people who clearly prioritize safety. Five stars for peace of mind!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! They will lock you in the yard, then kick you out and refuse any portion of refund for the full month you paid for. I had a storage unit here for 5 months. I was in Casper last week and went to the unit to leave some things and pick up warmer clothes for winter. I arrived at 9:45 PM, went to leave and was locked in the storage yard at 10:40 PM. I WAS OFFERED TO HAVE MY FINES ERASED FOR A GOOD REVIEW! I THINK NOT! This has quickly become one of the worst places to rent in casper. Some lady took over and has a huge hard on for power. You now are required to carry insurance on your unit. There are only one or two places here that require that. This is completely garbage and the units are very old and run down.
