They are very flexible. They had an affordable car when I needed it (I was trying to get one through another rental place but they had a 24-hour in advance policy I wasn't aware of plus a lot higher security deposit), and A&A Car Rental got me a car in less than an hour. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are understanding, and I look forward to renting my next car with them.

Amazing staff and cars! I rented a Hyundai Tucson 2016 for a small trip to idaho and the car was amazing. Very comfortable, clean, and overall amazing. They have very affordable prices, and several cars to choose from. Received the car extremely clean and with amazing customer service. No need to worry about cleaning the car yourself, they do that for you. Everything was super easy and fast from pick up to drop off. The responses on Turo were very quick and kind. We rented a van for a trip to Southern Utah. It was clean and comfortable. Tires were in excellent shape. This vehicle allowed us to combine two groups into one so we could all enjoy the trip together. Great rental company. Communication was quick. Would highly recommend!
