I had a flat tyre today and was attended by the lovely man Keith who was very friendly, very helpful and provided excellent advice and very knowledgeable, he is a true asset to the AA team. Thank you so much again

Bad communication online, wasn't clear on the price or what was going to happen. Ended up getting way overcharged for unnecessary fees for the work needed.

I asked AA for a quote, but instead of discussing the details with me first, they just sent it straight through and then expected payment. There was no proper explanation or conversation about my needs. Overall, it felt rushed and not customer-focused — a disappointing experience

My breakdown service in Mount Albert was attended by AUK 342 “Sanny”.He was very professional, polite, and quick to sort out the issue. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and the way he explained everything clearly. Thanks to him, I was back on the road without much stress. Great service – highly recommend!

Mike was fantastic. He arrived much sooner than we were advised, he quickly fixed our problem and got us on our way. Not only that, but his colleague was waiting at our home to install a new battery when we got back from the initial call out. The person who took our call to log the breakdown was also super helpful. Outstanding service, they totally exceeded my expectations.
