Have been a loyal AA member for years, so especially taken aback by an unsavoury customer experience with the AA call centre. The initial 15 minute wait time stretched onto 2 hours wait time without any updates along the way, and that’s during traffic-free time in an easy to get to urban zone. The call taker was most unhelpful, and her supervisor on shift who introduced herself as Kay was arrogant and deceitful. Is it really worthwhile being a AA member? Excellent Service Car wouldn't start this morning and I'm so glad I'm a member. They arrived within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and I was able to sort it. Daniel was the technician and was awesome. Thank you bro!

Extremely disappointing experience with AA. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The call centre staff were unhelpful, and the wait times to arrange a tow were completely unreasonable. Being left stranded and waiting so long for assistance is unacceptable. Customer service was frustrating and showed little urgency or care.
