I called yesterday as I had broken down on highway 1 on one of the hottest days this summer and had my kids with me. Even though I am not a member I was given so many options about joining and then even contacts for tow companies with the loveliest people on the phone. Thankyou so much a very grateful single mum!!
Issue with car alarm that kept going off for no apparent reason. Aa technician came in approx 1 hour and the battery was bad. Organised a new battery and this was installed. Very happy i joined aa 2 years ago.
Nick was very helpful and friendly the best tech in Pakuranga - thanks -edit- we just had Tony here too and he was also great these two affirm why you got AA in the first place

I have had to use AA Break Down Service several times over the last few years and the experience has, without exception, been excellent. Most recently I broke down and required my car to be towed home. They arrived very quickly and the car and I were delivered home promptly by a polite and professional driver. I am an AA plus member and believe it's peace of mind and money well spent.
