Had a very good experience. I shipped my daughter's car back from college. The driver was professional and everything worked just fine. We will use them again.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business! I read the reviews here before finalizing the process with them but decided to give it a shot anyway because I was recommended by a friend. Please don’t use this transportation service if you need your vehicle shipped on time! They were 3 days late on my pickup, I ended up having to leave my car with a friend because they didn’t make it to pick up my Vehicle 3 days before my flight, and the contract stated. TLDR: These guys saved my butt and did an amazing last-minute job getting my cars where I needed them to be. Transporter companies in general can be tough to work with, but these guys got the job done and done right. I had an amazing experience with AA Auto Transport. Another transport company I was trying to use fell through and could not find me a transport for my two cars. AA AUTO TRANSPORT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR TRANSPORTERS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT CORPORATE PROFITS. AA AUTO RIPS OFF CUSTOMERS BY BIDDING HIGH THEN THEY SELL THE JOB TO CARRIERS FOR ALMOST NOTHING. THEY WILL AVOID ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS FIRST CHANCE THEY GET. ANY CUSTOMER LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH AA AUTO TRANSPORT COULD AND SHOULD CONSIDER A REAL TRANSPORT COMPANY INSTEAD OF HIRING THESE CLOWNS.
