I read the reviews & for days just the reviews alone turned me away but I lost my vehicle after putting 1600 into it the week prior to contacting them so I was desperate for what I thought could be reliable transportation! CONT: He said he had to go into the steering wheel column & some more! After reporting this back to them they offered to put us into something else while we waited. While waiting they offered us a newer but still old Impala! At this point I’ve now lost trust with this company because we’ve done business with you guys for two weeks, money paid on time, IN CASH, we’ve been very understanding & had worked with you guys and I’ve had to switch out cars THREE TIMES! Mucho cuidado con esta compañía no te dan toda la información que necesitas para rentar y cuando estás aya ya que diste el dinero te dicen que no puedes rentar por falta de documentos y que no te pueden devolver el dinero pq se tiene que cancelar antes y al final del día todos mienten y se lavan las manos y no regresan el dinero
