Don't buy a contract from them. My car was totaled & I still had a 1 1/2 year on so I requested a refund of the remaining contract. I filled out their paperwork. Sent it receipt which they signed. After numerous calls still haven't received it since last October!
very straightforward and easy to use. I covered 2 of my vehicles. for my focus I had my alternator replace and it was very quick. I didnt have to file the claim. my mechanic called the claims department and they filed from there. very easy
This company connects you with poorly run auto protection companies. They are horrible and you should be careful when considering them to protect your car.
So im on the phone with this company as we speak. I was interested in purchasing a policy with them and i came to the comments on google. Thank god i did because while im one the phone i just told the very nice lady that i would be declining coverage. She literally did not say a word and just kicked me from the conference. Thats the fastest confirmation that im ever got that i made the correct decision.
