We used A&A for a tow. They showed up 2 hours late claiming they got lost. Then they backed their truck into our car without ever getting out of their tow truck. They pushed back hard and pushed our car backwards into our boat trailer denting the back. They denied they did anything wrong and it was our word against theirs. The driver never did get out of the truck. They're wreckless and can't be trusted. They were sent by AAA. We sent them away and paid for the tow ourselves.
