I"ve been using the self serve side for years, but no more. Last two trips, no prewash and barely any soap. Even with the water pressure, my car isn't clean when I'm finished. For about two years the warning bell has come on at the start of the wash, instead of warning you near the end of the cycle. I've talked to the owner a couple of times a few years ago but have no phone# to call any more.
Tried out the brushless bay tonight and was very pleased. I recommend giving it a try. I will continue to use it.
Just had my car washed here and the wash did a fantastic job! My new go-to spot for car washes!

The auto wash only rinses about 3/4ths of your vehicle..Leaving you either a soapy car or having to use the manual wash bays to finish the job. Highly agitated customer
Every time I come here, the trash cans are overflowing, the dispensers are out, and the card readers are down. This is the second time the machines have eaten money or given incorrect change. I like having an automatic car wash, but I think it's better to drive into Wichita for a wash. Gave the machine my card, the connection is down. Had to settle for a $4 wash because I didn't have many dollar bills, gave it a $5 and it gave me back a quarter. And now my car is only half clean. Super disappointed.
