Friendly people Each time I go I am in and out with no problems
The place I normally go to get smogged (because of proximity to my home), their smog machine has not been working for a couple of weeks. I decided to go to AA Auto Care because they are across the street from Albertsons. I'm glad I did. The young lady at the counter was very sweet & friendly. Even though there were a few signs showing, she made sure to warn paying customers about the processing fee when using a credit card. I came in at 4 pm for a smog. The lady says the smog tech is on lunch and they are not taking smogs til the next day. Who takes a lunch at 4 pm when closing time is 6? I’ve gone to 3 locations and there’s an excuse every time why they can’t do a smog. They just don’t want to honor the $9.99 coupon for smog.
I paid for a diagnostic on my car they wouldn’t even put it on paper for me what was wrong with the car, the paper read(ecm repair $1400) after It was told to me it would be 1200 something and I was told 3-4 different things my car needed over the phone how could the diagnostics paper read one thing with one grand total!?
