They're not professional. The work is horrible.
This is the best shop in the bay for any auto body work, especially when there is no insurance involved. I promise that you will not find any competition that does as pristine of a job as Alex at his price point. He even did a brake job for me when I brought him my own brake pads. Understand that this is an old-school shop where you are expected to know exactly what job to be done on your vehicle.
Took 2 different cars here. Did a great job each time.
