Needed daughters AC checked. I had already charged the freon to green, but AC still wasn't working. Lisa welcomed me, explained with out an appointment it could take most of the morning, but was willing to work me in. She even mentioned a coffee shop & a bakery outlet near by. I've never experienced such an organized process at an auto shop! Very professional and welcoming and they got my oil changed and my car tuned up in no time. I loved it so much I sent my mom in! These folks were the only ones who took the time to figure out why my air conditioner wasn’t working. I had already been to three other repair shops, including the dealership, and none of them were able to solve the problem. Here, they not only found the issue but fixed it properly. I really appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism—highly recommend!
I called to see if they gave free estimates. And since the location was close to my home, I decided to go ahead and give them a try. The lady on the phone informed me that they would have to look at it from 82 twelve sometime on a weekday that I brought it in. Add my wife, follow me to the location and drop it.The understanding that they would get back to meet before or by noon.
