Shady and predatory business practices. They towed every car on the block just 24 hours after a permit was submitted, completely ignoring the 72-hour residential parking rule. To make matters worse, after clearing the street and causing a massive headache for the neighborhood, they did zero work on the road. They might be able to handle construction, but their ethics are non-existent. Good thing we read the fine print and knew they were in the wrong. Shame on you for targeting residents for no reason.

These folks block residential driveways repeatedly. Even when asked not to. I contacted the head office and begged them to get their cruise to stop parking directly in front of our garages. I have a ton of photos of them doing exactly that over and over after I asked them not to and contacted the head office. One of the workers was cursing and yelling and throwing things outside of my home this morning. I thought he was drunk and so I asked what was going on and they told me they were working. Do not invite these guys to your neighborhood. They’re working in Ballard right now, extremely rude to through-traffic and those who live here. They’re smoking cigarettes directly outside apartment unit doors. Disrespectful and gross crew
