Warranty repair on a Bosch dishwasher. Tech couldn't find any issues. Scratched up my wooden kitchen floor. Said maybe too much water pressure. One week later error message saying check water. Not enough pressure.
I made an appointment with this service to make a repair over a week ago. They blew off my appointment, and they never called. When I called them, they claimed they had intended to call to let me know they weren’t coming. They then called out of the blue while I was at work to see if they could come over the next day for the repair. When I gave them a time slot after 3:00 PM, they said probably couldn’t make it, but they would try. They never called back again.
I called A&A to try to repair an ice-maker. $1,000 and 5 months later still no ice. Seems like a pretty basic fix for an appliance repair company to be able to pull off. Try to call now and they don't answer their phone. Find someone else to give your money to.
