Waited 2 hours, after consistently being told it would only be a few minutes longer. I live less than 5 minutes down the road and asked if they could call me when it's his turn they said no. Called ahead to make sure we'd be seen. I don't know if it was because my dog is really old or what it was but absolutely do not go here.
Sunday 3-29-26 was our second trip with Marley to AA, this time due to blood clots in his urine. We had been treating him at our vet for the past 6 weeks for UTI but he kept getting worse. After Dr. Mc Coy’s initial exam Nev came to the lounge to explain everything to us. Apologizing in advance for the long post—Took my sick dog there and just for a physical they charged me $135.00 then came back and said without proper diagnostics they wouldn’t be able to give him any antibiotics. We figured it was some kind of infection especially since he was swelling for no reason. We decide to take their suggestion and bring him he on gabapentin to help with pain. Help our throwing up service dog. Treat d her quickly and efficiently. Any Animal ER is expensive but we could not get to her regular vet. Very clean environment and great staff.
Rex my cat was very ill, kidney blockage. I was so worried about leaving his care to ppl I have to trust his life too. 3 nights, all I can say is the Drs and staffs took such good care of him. I appreciate the Drs talking to me and explaining his dx and next steps. Also the staff calling/ texting me giving me an update how he was doing with pictures made me so happy.
