I in all honesty can't give a good review. Took our 7 year old Australian Shepherd in for vomiting, accidents in motorhome, lethargic, and not eating. Never got to speak or see the Dr. Everything was done speaking only to the Vet Techs mostly to tell me how much the test and diagnosis would cost. It was explained to me by the Vet Tech that it was as basically a gastro infection and given the following medications Vetri Sci Probiotic, Metronidazole, Carafate, and Cerenia, Total Cost $1740.27. I can’t say enough wonderful things about AA Animal ER. We had an emergency and had to rush our dog in, and the entire staff was exceptional. As a worried pet parent, I was terrified, but they kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. The care they provided was outstanding, and I truly felt like they treated my dog as if she were their own. They were honest, compassionate, and never tried to recommend unnecessary treatments. I cannot say enough about this Animal ER. I was in desperate need of an after hour ER. My Yorkie was not doing well at all. She was vomiting, shaking with blood in her stool. I was so scared. I was greeted by the front desk coordinator who was just so helpful and so compassionate. The staff there is nothing less than perfect. My baby received some fluids, medication, off we went. You go in for an emergency., your upset. Your asked to sit in a separate building. Your panic over a situation with your dog. The doctor doesn't come face to face and calls you with a report on your cell phone. You check out after spending 1400 dollars and receive a bill with the wrong name on it. When I realized that I called and the woman who answered had the audacity to be rude and wouldn't fix it so I could submit it to my insurance. No compassion, poor customer service.
