AA ER has kind and compassionate emergency veterinarians. I arrived on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 2:28 am. My dog was taken inside for observation immediately. Unfortunately, you are not allowed inside the hospital to discuss your pet's condition with the doctor. You can sit in your car, in a dark parking lot, or a waiting room in another building. This is the 4th time I've used AA Animal ER. They went from great to garbage. It looks like new support staff. Look at the CURRENT reviews below, not how they were a year or so ago. The recent reviews on Yelp are even wor, theyve been dropped to 3.5 on Yelp. I believe there are entries about peoples pets dying in their cars there. You will sit in the parking lot with your pet with no communications and an attitude from staff. It looks like 2 to 3 hrs is standard.
