This emergency vet SAVED OUR PUPPY'S LIFE. Our 10-week-old golden retriever chewed a toxic plant in our yard, and we had no idea what it was. I called around 5am yesterday 1/3/2026 full of tears and barely could make out the words to ask the questions before traveling here. The minute I told the woman who answered the phone where I lived and the issue she advised me calmly and softly, she did not want me to make that 35-45 min drive with my fur kid breathing the way she was in case it got worse. I had an emergency with my dog she was attacked by other dogs . I hate ER vets they seem to never know what to do and charge soooo much money . I never leave reviews unless I am totally elated with service . This ER vet service was sooooo kind of, patient , and didn’t overcharge. I left feeling very grateful
Easily one of the most stressful and frustrating emergency vet experiences I’ve ever had. The pricing felt like outright gouging, with little to no transparency or real explanation of why services were being added. Rex my cat was very ill, kidney blockage. I was so worried about leaving his care to ppl I have to trust his life too. 3 nights, all I can say is the Drs and staffs took such good care of him. I appreciate the Drs talking to me and explaining his dx and next steps. Also the staff calling/ texting me giving me an update how he was doing with pictures made me so happy.
