Poorly in installed the electric side of my system costing me $1k 3 years after installation. Number not taking calls - would not do business with them
AA American septic stole $9,075.00 from us. We hired them for a new septic install for a new house that is being built and asked us for a downpayment. Once we were ready for them we found out that the business closed months ago and they never told us. Do not trust these people Fred Casebolt, Erin Perkins, and Ej McDaniel. They should never be able to be contractors ever again.
We hired AA American Septic to do the pump out and inspection on our home sale. While the workers who came out were friendly and did a fine job, the office staff is unprofessional and does not follow through. 2 weeks after the service was provided and paid in full, they had not filed the required paperwork with the county. When we called, we were basically told "oops" we'll get it done. this is delaying our home closing and they could not care less. DO NOT use AA American Septic for any job. tell your friends!
