Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called to ask about a part and tried to negotiate like any normal customer. Instead of acting professionally, the person on the phone became aggressive, started slurring his speech, and used racial slurs. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and offensive. This is not how any business should treat customers. I will never deal with this place again and strongly recommend others stay away. This response proves my review was 100% accurate. What an actual disaster of a business, wouldn't recommend doing business here
Was on the hunt for a rear carrier for a BMW X3 an Affordable Auto Wreckers had the one we were searching for. Got a quote and had it shipped out the next day. Fast friendly and some how I miss placed the invoice. So I called and Dave sent it via Email right away. If you're looking for good customer service look no further. I've read some of the one star reviews and clearly they must be clowns as I didn't have any issues with Affordable from start to finish.
