Poor communication, rude and unprofessional. We called him (Andy) on Friday twice then Monday twice before he picked up and left a voicemail. No returning of our call. We then got through and called and booked an appointment and the earliest was 8 days away. Then, Andy he text to say it was £100 for a diagnostic (which is extortionate). I queried the price as our mechanic charges £30 for the same test. He then texted to say he cancelled the appointment with no reason. Andy is extremely rude and unprofessional.
