Great service and really friendly
Not transparent with pricing :( Me and my partner have been coming to Colin for years and years, so when he retired we didn’t think much of still coming as we assumed it would be similar. I’m not a car mechanic so presumably they did a good job with the cars but we were stung hugely with the bill at collection time. My car was in for a service and I was quoted £199. Great service for the past 15 years, never a dip in quality or in customer service.
My father in law brought his car to you for a service. When changing the oil you stripped the thread on the oil sump and tried to bodge it. Oil leaked out on the new driveway doing damage. When the Citroen was brought back to you. You refused to fix it as it was over 30 days ago. The car was left on the drive while he was having cancer treatment. I've just paid £100 to get the damage you did rectified for them.
