I bought a Vauxhall Antara from them, they knew I had children and sold it me with pre-existing faulty brakes anyway. Within 2 weeks I had to use my breakdown and be towed. I spoke to the owner who fobbed me off and said he’d sort it but completely ignored me, while the pre-existing fault was recognised so early I could return the car within the first 30 days, still waiting on my refund of £2500, they’ve not contacted either since I dropped it off and the son just didn’t want to speak about it, absolutely not phased or surpr... read more
Misses bought a car from them wrong battery fitted. Never was rectified, passenger window fell off rails. They fixed (bodged) it broke again within weeks. Exhaust fell off. When we went back to garage, it was "out of business " when in actual fact they changed the name for a tax dodge.
Reasonable selection of cars all at seemingly reasonable prices, staff were helpful and friendly. They didn't seem too pushy or particularly untrustworthy. Didn't buy a car, so I can't comment any further.
