These goofs of a taxi company made my mom, who lost her phone in one of their cabs, pay them $40 too get back her own phone. Man if I was there, the police would’ve been involved.
I was picked up at the royal York hotel after a wedding. I gave the driver the address which is near high park. So should have been at the most $20-35. The driver charged me $200!!!! Absolute scam! I’ll be disputing the charge
I was picked up from the train station brought to the airport. All I had was usa cash so I used credit to pay. He said it didn't go through because of signal, so I gave him 85$ usd. Checked my account and it indeed did go through. So I was charged twice.
Behrouz was one of the best taxis I've had in the last year. Friendly, easy to talk to and knew his way around the city. Highly recommend this company and him specifically.
Once you are in, refuses to turn on metre and demands a high flat rate for a small journey in the city. BEWARE
