Put simply, I was led on for two solid months that my tree service job would get completed.. along with dates, quotes and agreements. It turns out that the only arborist he agrees to work with is unreliable.. and through my patience ultimately told me he would no longer live up to our agreement. He talks a big game, but at least in my case, would not follow through on his word.
