Dishonest and manipulative – avoid this garage at all costs! Took my car in for an MOT and had an awful experience. They failed the MOT, claiming the front brake pads were under 1.5mm and both front tyres had visible ply. One tyre had minor wear, but after the MOT, the mechanic pulled the ply out himself to justify a failure and push me into getting new tyres immediately.
