Great company, called at 9 AM they came out and gave me a quote, they went back got their truck and the tree was down by 1:30 !

$2500 to have A3 come out in the morning and cut down a tall (75ft ish) white pine I had in my back yard. Took around 3 weeks for them to have the time free to come out and get the work done. 8:30 to 3:30 (7 hours) is how long it took them to set up, get prepped, cut the tree down, pick up the wood, and pack up. No clean up of the area other then picking up the tree that was cut down and the brush that was there befor blocking them from getting to the tree. Brad you have to communicate with people. You don't just ghost them and you certainly don't tell them you're going to show up and then just never do! That's terrible customer relations! I told you you could do everything but bring a crane in because we weren't going to pay $10,000 just for the crane! And as soon as I said that you completely ghosted me with no communication or explanation whatsoever! Update: I no longer recommend this company. Have had A3 Tree Service on three separate occassions in the past year: for ash tree removal as well as storm/wind damage where limbs were twisted and hanging atop a large, 50 foot tall tree. Safe, professional, and affordable! Plus they clean the area afterward, leaving it perfect.
