I tried the Cubano sandwich and loved it. The tangy flavor profile is very unique from anything I've tried before and I would be happy to order it again.

Lysvette brought her food truck to an open house event our business was hosting and it honestly made the event having them there! Everyone loved their food and my kids also commented on how nice she was. (Loved that her son was working the truck with her, too!) My husband, who is a pretty big food snob, was very impressed with the tostones. Definitely recommend the tostones loaders - basically like nachos on tostones!
