Wow wow and wow. Joe just came out to help us with a carpet catastrophe at our new home. A contractor dropped a box of industrial bright red chalk powder on my brand new white carpet. Joe was honest and realistic with me that he may not get all of it out. A3 came out to clean a rug at home, and I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism and honesty. The technician, Joe, did an excellent job on the rug. But what stood out most was that he declined to clean our sofas after inspecting them and determining they were very clean. Rather than selling us a service we didn’t need, he took the time to explain why it wasn’t necessary. It was easily removed and handled brilliantly. The guy introduced himself to my aunt as he stepped in. Hardworking and honest, they're rare. I've been happy with each visit.
