I had 3 appraisals done and this Simon Moore was $110 000 and $100 000 off the other appraisals!! Where did you get your experience from? Must’ve been a online school or something. I highly recommend going somewhere else. And I was referred by Nick farquharson so watch out with these guys! They work together and do a poor job.
