Purchased TPMS sensors from A2Z that were supposedly pre-programmed. After installing them it turns out one of the sensors was defective. I had to pay for another sensor out of pocket and the cost to remove the tire from the wheel and replace the sensor, then had to pay to have the replaced sensor programmed. Advice given by A2Z was condescending and their willingness to work out an amicable solution was nonexistent, all I requested was a partial refund for the one defective sensor.
Quality products and service
This guys did a calibration and update on my machine , but alignments were not working properly so I called them bye they said they don’t do service anymore even tho I paid them and do not want to do a refund, never in your mind do business with them, they will sell you stuff that will not work and will not be liable for it, if you have a business plan don’t include them on because you will be loosing precious capital of your business
