I have found Dr Yusuf Assem a fantastic specialist to deal with on my hair loss/hair regrowth journey. Dr Assem combines his skills and expertise in hair restoration with his fantastic people skills and warm bedside manner to provide the best quality care, treatment and support. I couldn’t speak of him highly enough and am grateful for his help. Thank you Dr Assem and the team at Hair Restoration Doctors.
I have experienced frustrating wait times at A2Z Medical Center. Despite arriving on time for my appointments, I consistently find myself waiting for 1.5 to 2 hours. They don’t value your time. Just pathetic. And its not the first time. They always do this
Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to. They have no respect for appointment times. I booked a 3:30 PM appointment, and it’s now 7:20 PM — I’m still waiting. There are mothers here with newborns and toddlers who have been waiting for 3–4 hours as well. Imagine trying to manage that. The management is terrible, and the receptionist couldn’t care less. Very unorganized, the receptionist is unprofessional, my experience wasn't the best
The doctors are really good, but the receptionists are dishonest and unprofessional. They will forget your bookings, let others through before you, and unnecessarily extend your wait time.
