One of the more frustrating issues is waiting for your turn. Sometimes i have waited for nearly 2 hours to se the doctor, even though I had made the appointment 3 or 4 days prior. In regard nurses they are entirely customer service orientated, I don’t remember her names but their ethnicity, there is a lovely Palestinian nurse who is always smiling while explains and does the procedure. Excellent medical center with very friendly staff. Dr. Omar is outstanding—professional, caring, and thorough. He really listens and explains things clearly. Highly recommended.
