I terminated the contract with AZ Blind and Supply for Hunter Douglass Window Coverings as said company did not honor the contract. I was fortunate in discovering that my credit card was not debited. After 4 weeks I also discovered that the window coverings had not been ordered. Company did not return phone calls and eventually spoke to the owner to terminate the contract.

I had a Hunter Douglas blind restrung by this company. I installed it and the first time I pulled the string to lift it, it broke. I took it back and they restrung it. I reinstalled it and found the length was too long. I returned to the store and let them know the length was not right. The woman who was working there was rude and insisted the length was correct as she had restrung it. She then took my blind in the workroom to re-measure it and I heard her talking about me as if I couldn't hear her. Very passive aggressive. ... read more

I made an appt for 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday to have my blind fixed. When I made the appt, I indicated that the blind was motorized. The woman never showed up and at approx. 8:30 a.m., I called her. She told me that she had to babysit her grandchild. Hours later, she came and said she did not realize the blind was motorized and would have to make another appt.
