No communication at all. They come when they want, lawn or plow with no set schedule even if they tell you they will come on one. Then they will leave you high and dry after using them for a couple years saying they are fully booked, even though they took care of our property for every season so we should be on that fully booked list. Wanted to support a local small business and was ultimately disappointed.
I chose A2Z because they were a local small business. Hired them for lawn care. They came the next day and gave a fair quote. They came the following day and did the work. I believe they went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the work they did and are having them back to do different work in a few weeks.
A2Z Construction located in Vassalboro ME blocked my car with snow when he plowed me in so that I couldn’t move it. I will need a tow truck to get it out but I can’t because I am 72 years old and live on SS only and cannot afford the tow. He purposely did this. I would never hire him. He has a very short temper, always appears angry and disrespectful.
Had a windstorm blow off the roof of my garage, and had a difficult time finding any contractor to do the work. Shawn and his guys had the old tiles down and the roof finished in 1 day! Quick and well done.
I have historically had a difficult time finding a contractor to do needed work on my house. I am so glad I reached out to A2Z and they have a customer for life. Shawn (the owner) is friendly, super responsive, communicates well, does great work, and is honest and patient. His team has been working on my house for a few weeks now.
