Juan's team is amazing, they used the camera to diagnose the root cause of the drain clog for an eichler house. They did a hydrojet flush from the roof so everything was clean in the house. The team is responsive and did the work carefully and throughly (ran through the same pipe twice) to make sure all the blockage is flushed out. Amazing work team!
Thanks to a2z plumbing my water heater burnner was fixed in few hours. The rates are very reasonable and I will definitely use their services in the future as well.
Horrible service . They said they would come at 8 AM . I kept texting and the guy kept saying he was on his way . By 9 AM , I asked for ETA but never got a text back . I called 3 times no answer I sent a final text saying not to bother coming . No respect for people time makes this company get a poor score from me . If they keep up this poor customer service , they would most definitely go out of business .
Juan is the best my only plumber that I will use for the rest of my life only good things to say
